Designed by a double mastectomy patient and her friend who felt there must be a better way to manage drainage systems after a major surgery, the RecoverEase band has patient comfort and convenience as its primary goal. Our proprietary four-way stretch, anti-microbial, one-size fits all garment is meant to securely hold drains and pain pump boluses in place without impacting surgical sites, allowing patients to return to their own clothing, remove the bulkiness of current recovery wear, and sleep confidently without the worry of catching tubing or rotating waist bands.

RETHINKING POST-OP MANAGEMENT

With soft, easy stretch, long-wearing fabric that gently hugs the torso, the RecoverEase is an inviting garment that’s easy for patients to put on with or without help. With no involvement of the upper torso, there is no need to lift arms away from the body for getting dressed or emptying drain boluses.

Our single-pocket torso design opens entirely for bolus placement. High, low, in front, on the side or behind - we give the patient maximum choice in comfort unlike any recovery garment produced before.
Accessibility ease
All recovery apparatus including drainage tubes, boluses and machine pumps can be placed easily and comfortably inside. The offset elasticized pocket is easy to open, and keeps items in place. Items can be arranged and adjusted to the patients comfort during sleep and activity.

RecoverEase allows patients to wear their own clothing immediately following surgery. It eliminates the need to purchase fanny packs, drain belts, specialized blouses or tank tops. Placing the weight of the drains onto the torso and not the surgical site increases comfort and recovery success.

Easy-Access
With the offset lip and double wide band, locate, open, place and adjust your apparatus securely and easily while on the go or resting. Soft, protective, elastic seams on either side of your spine prevent apparatus from migrating to that area. Eliminate time and frustration caused by snaps, straps, zippers, Velcro, buckles, buttons and individualized pockets.

RecoverEase changed my entire recovery from my abdominal surgery. Having the light support around my abdomen and the ability to hold my ice/heat packs HANDSFREE was phenomenal!
The fabric is light and non irritating to incision sites. Didn’t bunch up or shift and was able to comfortably keep it on even when I didn’t need ice/heat packs. I even used this garment to hold a heat pack on my upper back/neck by putting it Around my neck and sliding one arm through as a crossbody position. Worked great!
We will continue to use this product for years to come. Thank you for giving me freedom during surgery!

This was a wonderful solution to wearing an uncomfortable drain for a week. My surgeon left me with it pinned to my bra - the safety pin made me nervous to open and close, I hated the way the plastic drain felt against my skin, the tubing went all over the place, and my posture felt off. This keeps the drain snug, away from your skin and holds the tubing. Very comfortable and useful.

I had a bilateral mastectomy a week and a half ago, and this was an absolute must have while my drains were in place. I kept the drains pinned to the surgical bra but also kept them tucked in these pockets as an extra support. I was able to sleep and move around comfortably knowing that the drains were secure.
